1.- The restoration of the main mural in the old church downtown.
2.- Teaching basic photography classes in the community college.
3.- Volunteering in a non-governmental organization to take some photographs they need to document their cases.
These projects could benefit the community while also fulfilling my class requirement in that in the case of the restoration, the workers at the church would have extra hands to help in the restoration of the classic mural. And really they need some help because there is no money to hire workers to finish the restoration.
In the case of the classes, I would lovely volunteer to teach some classes to people that can't afford to pay for them.
Finally, in the case of the non-governmental organization, I have enough knowledge to take good photographs to help them document some cases. They do not have the money to pay for a pro photograph or pay the service of a PR agency. So I gladly would help.
